This dairy free cinnamon tea latte recipe has natural sweetness, the perfect amount of spice, and is super healthy. Cinnamon has anti inflammatory properties, and when combined with the antioxidants in the cloves and raw honey, this dairy free cinnamon tea latte is a kid AND mom pleaser.
Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add cinnamon sticks and whole cloves. Turn off the heat and cover. Let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain out cinnamon sticks and cloves. Let cool for a few minutes. Stir in honey until dissolved.
Pour warm tea into a mug and add 4 tbsp dairy free creamer or creamer of choice. Serves 4.
